Rose Gum Goldrush
GOLDRUSH GROWS UP!
Bred by our good friends Richard and Glenys Drew of Rose Gum Arabians, Qld, Goldrush was born at River Oak where his dam, Australian Reserve Champion Arabian Mare River Oak Illusive Girl, is a resident broodmare and his sire East Coast and Australian Champion Stallion River Oak Imprint resides.
Born the year that Ray was sick, Goldrush had a lot of “girl handling” and was a really sweet, quiet and tractable foal. He was a farm favourite from the second he was born.
Goldrush went “home” to Rose Gum and was sold to Joanne Linsley, also of Qld, and has been shown very successfully at halter and has just recently been broken to saddle – see Joanne’s email to River Oak.
Congratulations to all concerned with Goldrush – we are so happy “our baby” is in the hands of his lovely owner!
